Most iPhone and Samsung screen replacements take 30 to 60 minutes while you wait. Models with Face ID or an under-display fingerprint sensor can take 1–2 hours so the biometrics keep working.
How much does it cost to fix my phone?
It depends on the model and the part. Text (613) 324-4994 or use the quote form for a free, no-obligation quote — most come back the same business day. Starting prices: charging port from $79, camera from $69, speaker or microphone from $59, back glass from $99, iPad screen from $119 and carrier unlocking from $29.
Do you offer a warranty on repairs?
Yes. Every parts replacement has a 100-day warranty. If the part fails from a defect (not new accidental damage) within 100 days, bring your invoice and we replace it at no charge.
Can you fix a phone that won't turn on or got wet?
Usually, yes. Bring it in for a free diagnostic: no fix, no fee. Common causes are a failed charging port, a swollen battery, liquid damage or a faulty power chip, and we repair all of them in-house, including micro-soldering. If it got wet, turn it off, don't charge it and don't put it in rice — here's why.
Will I lose my photos and data?
Screen, battery, charging port and camera repairs don't touch your data; nothing is wiped. A backup is still a good idea when you can. Data recovery from a dead device is a separate service, quoted after inspection.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk-ins are welcome Monday to Saturday at 572 Bronson Avenue. Sending a quote request first lets us set your part aside, so the repair is even faster.
